A modern 2 bedroom apartment located in the typically Lisboeta area of Campolide in Central Lisbon. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a traditional Lisbon apartment building, a short walk from Amoreiras Shopping Centre & Marques de Pombal, with the popular areas of Rossio Square & Chiado a 10 minute drive away..

This bright apartment is great for those looking to stay in a characterful and well connected part of Lisbon with a more reasonable price tag.

Train, bus, metro, taxi, and tram stops are right around the corner!

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts that you might need for a perfect stay in Lisbon. The living room is cosy and equipped with a smart TV, comfortable sofa and arm chair. There is also air conditioning in the room which can be used as a heater to warm up the living room and kitchen during the winter months. The property has double glazed windows throughout which help to keep out the noise of passing aircrafts.

Joli mais malodorant

L’appartement est propre et bien organisé. L’odeur de la salle de bain est insupportable. Il y a de le moisissure dans la chambre principale et dans la salle de bain. Cela doit contribuer aux odeurs. Nous avons rencontré une coquerelle dans les escaliers de l’immeuble. Dommage car là l’appartement est bien situé.
