Bright and tastefully decorated, this charming apartment is within walking distance to many top attractions in Lisbon!

Fitted with a TV and a convertible sofa bed, you can relax in the living room after a busy day exploring the city. There are also multiple windows throughout the house where you can enjoy the stunning cityscape of Lisbon!

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you'll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal, including a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. If you fancy dining in, the attached dining area has a dining table and chairs for four people.

The two bedrooms have a double bed and storage space for your belongings. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided.

The modern bathroom has all the amenities needed to freshen up, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The steep streets of Alfama are lined with shops selling traditional crafts and cafes. Passengers pack the historic no. 28 tram, which winds through Alfama on its way up to 11th-century São Jorge Castle. Views from the Miradouro da Graça terrace stretch over the city to the River Tagus. In the evening, melancholy Fado music can be heard in some of the area's long-running restaurants. Lisbon's most important historic buildings are also nearby, such as the Se Cathedral, the Castelo de São Jorge, and the Panteão Nacional.

My home is easily accessible by public transport.

- The nearest train station, Santa Apolónia (The Blue Line) is just 5 mins away on foot. This railway station is one of the most important in Lisbon and connects the capital to all major cities of the country (convenient if you want to go to Porto - 2:30).
- The nearest tram stop, Cç. S. Vicente (28E) is 8 mins walk from the flat. The iconic tramway 28 also passes behind the Pantheon!
- Several buses service the area.

Lisbon Portela Airport is a 15 mins drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
