The area features a lovely sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV, a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. There is also a washer should you need it.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need, such as a large rain shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
If you climb the stairs, you’ll reach the private terrace, where you can enjoy coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the city view.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

The apartment is located in an area with several restaurants, cafes, stores and supermarkets, perfect for everyday needs.
It is easy to get around Lisbon via the Metro. Alameda Metro Station is 5 minutes from the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 pm, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 EUR smoking fee.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
