- L’appartement est tout d’abord infesté de fourmis dans la salle de bain, dans le salon et dans la chambre. Impossible de s’assoir et de se reposer sur le canapé car les fourmis sont incrustées dedans. - Ensuite il est impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux comme sur les photos de l’annonce : le vis à vis est partout. La chambre et le salon donne sur le dehors et sur les autres logements, nous n’avons donc pas pu ouvrir les rideaux du séjour. - aucune propreté : le matelas est d’une saleté sans pareil, sous le lit se trouve des tonnes de poussière, les tables (intérieur: table du salon et table basse et extérieur table sur la terrasse) n’ont pas été correctement lavées, le salon extérieur est impraticable tellement les coussins et le mobilier sont sales. Nous avons retrouvé un poil dans le frigo et la chasse d’eau fonctionne correctement une fois sur deux - La porte d’entrée laisse passer toute l’air en bas, les fourmis par la même occasion et le bruit. Le plus gros soucis est une question de sécurité: très simple de faire passer un objet pour l’ouvrir de l’extérieur car l’écart entre le sol et la porte est important. - La porte entre la chambre et le salon ne ferme pas car elle est casée et empêche la fermeture des rideaux (donc impossible d’être dans le noir)- Et pour terminer, l’appartement n’est absolument pas insonorisé. Il y a beaucoup d’appartements autour et nous avons eu du mal à dormir plusieurs nuits.
