Great location for tourists! The hotel has only two stars and you don't expect daily cleaning of the room. But they do! And they even change towels daily! I would like a more varied buffet.

You get what you pay for!
Cute little hotel room, but very noisy. I could hear other staff being rude to the service staff through the walls. Amazing location close to restaurants and loads of must-see things in Lisbon. Breakfast is boring, but tolerable. The price point is fair and I would stay again. Wouldn’t if I had been a light sleeper.

Siisteys oli ok. Käsidesiä ei ollut tarjolla aamiaishuoneessa eikä muuallakaan hotellissa. Henkilökunta antoi virheellisisä neuvoja reiteistä kaupungille. Kuluneet tilat. Patja oli kuhmurainen. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä.

Good place to stay if you alone. Would not work for a family. Small rooms, bathrooms and small variety for the breakfast. However, very affordable and quiet place if your came to work for a few days.

I highly recommend this hotel! It’s cute and authentic, has an amazing location, friendly staff, and is clean. It was perfect for what we needed and where we needed to be. I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint was the room did smell slightly of cigarette smoke but when we opened the window it aired out quickly.

This hotel is centrally located and is within easy walking distance of the centre of Lisbon. Or even closer for those feeling lazy to the two nearest Metro station. It was clean and good hard beds. The bathroom was on the small side which one expects from a period property. Breakfast was continental buffet style. Plentiful array of breads, meets and cheeses.

L'endroit est parfait. Le personnel très gentil et le petit déjeuner est superbe. Les réceptionnistes Luis et Humberto excellents un gros merci aux deux. Le seul bémol, la chambre trop petite. Dans mon cas c'est ca, cependant il y a sûrement d'autres chambres plus grandes, juste faite attention au moment de réserver. Je recommande l'hôtel.

A pleasant stay!
Dom sancho was a little gem of a place to stay for one night on my solo trip, staff friendly, room clean with a bath! Much appreciated after walking around sightseeing all day on the hilly cobbled paths! Breakfast lovely! A Pleasant stay!

The location of the property is very good, but the room & bathroom we stayed in was quite small and is getting a little tired. Although breakfast was included the choices available were somewhat limited. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

"Cheap" and bad
Breakfast variety is poor and quality is really low, the cold meat (ham/cheese) was really bad. Bedroom space is good enough, really old, mattress is bad, old. Shower is small, shower was uncomfortable and the whole toilet was wet after showering.

The location of the property was great. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. Although it seemed to be clean, it is very old and could use some updating. We especially did not like that there were carpets on the floors… with the bed bugs spreading lately and everything we are hearing in the news, this made us a little uncomfortable. This is the first hotel we stay in that still has carpeting. Other than that the hotel was fine and the price was good for the location.
