Very nice appartements,lisbone downtown

Nice appartment for famiily of 5 persons, close enough to walk downtown. Métro station is closed to the appartment.

Terrific location

Overall a great place to stay. The Altido staff was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and well located making all sites in the city very accessible.

Fantastic location

The room was spacious for 4 people- beds were comfortable. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would stay there again!

The worst management & check-in / waited outside for hours trying to get in

Stay away. The property is managed by an un-reachable company which uses multiple vendors for the check-in processes. We were supposed to receive an electronic key to enter the building and the apartment prior to check-in time. We did not receive it and, after traveling from abroad and overseas, ended up sitting with our suitcases on a curb of a narrow street with cars going non-stop, for almost 3 hours!!! During those 3 hours I exhausted all possible ideas on how to reach the company / anyone of the vendors - there was no phone number for emergencies, no person to talk to. Only an online form to fill out and an email which - with disclaimers that they may take up to 48 hours to get back to us. We started searching for different rentals... After 3 hours we finally were able to get in and during the stay spoke to 2 other families who stayed in the same building who also had terrible check-in experience.

Disappointing apartment, nice location

There were large rat bate traps in the open in every corner of every landing on all four floors, and under the stairs within our apartment. Our main floor window blinds were visibly damaged/torn, and would not function. The main floor bathroom shower was unusable because the handle was broken off from the fixture and resting upside down on what remained of the fixture. The first floor bathroom ladder towel rack, intended to be mounted to the wall, was broken and standing free on the floor. The couch in the large bedroom had both armrest end panels broken free from the couch and were resting against the sides (leaning using gravity).The blind in the large bedroom is broken, couldn't open the window. The building outer door electronic lock was ‘off-line’ one night and my brother could not get into the building. He was stuck outside until I got home with the sole physical key provided to us. Luckily it was not raining. We were not proactively notified about this. Aside from the duvet provided for each bed (which would be fine in warm weather) there was one blanket to share for both beds. The building elevator and mechanisms are right next to the head of the bed in the large bedroom. The noise from the elevator, every time it is used by all tenants was significant and the elevator outer door slams very loudly. Disappointing apartment, management company unresponsive when we voiced these concerns following our trip.

La procédure d’arrivée est quelque peu complexe. Bien lire tous les documents, car sinon la clé virtuelle ne fonctionnera pas. Endroit très propre, confortable. Nous étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant et nous étions à l’aise. Malheureusement, l’ascenseur était brisé pendant notre séjour et n’a pas été réparé. préparez vous à devoir utiliserDonc, les escaliers

Ubicación perfecta, tranquila calle lateral a la avenida liberdade, y a la vez, a mano de las principales atracciones turísticas. l 'appartement est agréable, spacieux et bien situé. La climatisation est appréciable. point a ameliorer: il manque de la vaiselle pour une famille besoin de davantage de bols,tasses et couveret (couteau econome) Il y avait beacoup der poussière et de miettes sous et dans le canapé du salon. les rideaux du salons étaient abimés et les stores aussi. Il faudrait des stores ou rideaux occultants dans le salon et dans la chambre. Le grand tapis sous la table du salon serait a changé car il est sale. un aspirateur serait appréciable
