Wonderful

This property was great for what the family needed close to a cafe and super market. It was very clean and communication with the host was excellent. The only thing I couldn't find in the unit was a coffee maker.

Cute apartment not ideal for comfort but good location

The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in and I tried two of the three beds. My family also complained about their beds. The apartment is decorated to look nice but should have used the money into comfortable mattresses and seating like the couch and living room chairs which are not comfortable. The apartment had little more to offer than a barely stocked kitchen not even a complimentary coffee pod or paper towel, other than that it’s fine just being a crash pad. It had the clean appearance but every wall is scuffed and marked and places that take a little more effort to clean were not like the shower track. But if you just want somewhere to sleep somewhat comfortable and wake up with a back ache then this is your place. Love the city of Lisbon and this was a 10 minute walk to the flea market.

L‘Appartement en tant que tel serait bien si bien entretenu. Ce n’est malheureusement pas le cas. Murs et rideaux tachés, portes crasseuses, joints de douches moisis, fond de placards poussiéreux etc. 4 sets de couverts pour un appartement prévu pour 4, pas de passoire, des sets de tables immondes car pas nettoyés depuis probablement leur 1ere utilisation. Une des 3 chambres n’a pas de fenêtre (!!) ce qui n’est pas précisé (une vitre non transparente donne sur le petit salon mais ne s’ouvre pas). Le canapé est petit ( on ne rentre pas à 4) et pas confortable. Mauvaise insonorisation, pour un peu que les locataires du dessus rentre tard on est réveillé tout de suite par bruits de chaises, déplacements, voix. Les clés sont à récupérer aux bureaux donc prévoir 25min de taxi jusqu’au bureau puis 20e in jusqu’à l’appartement. L’équipe Altido sympathique pour réagir à une machine à café ne fonctionnant pas mais dès qu’on aborde des sujets de qualité et rapport qualité prix totalement irraisonné (nous avons pour la semaine entre noel et jour de l’an payé plus de 250 euros la nuit) elle privilégie alors le silence radio. Super déçu, Altido sur liste noire.

Manque de communication avec le propriétaire qui n a pas répondu au mail sur la procédure de remise des clés Erreur sur le numéro de l immmeuble (35) n existe pas la rue se termine au 25 ,le ménage pas fait pas d instruction d utilisation des appareils surtout la plaque electique a mettre en route au niveau du compteur electrique On remercie Abritel qui a été très reactif ils sont fait le nécessaire, avec l agence sur place qui nous a déposée les clés dans l heure Appartement propre avec tout la nécessaire, manque de rangements dans les chambres pour un week-end ce n est pas trop grave ,dans la 2 ème salle de bain le lavabo est vraiment petits pour le brossage des dents la tablette au dessus est de la même largeur on se cogne la tête. bien situer proche des commerces ,restos
