Towels will be changed once in THREE days! You cannot change them earlier and pay extra for it. The extra third bed was bad. Cleaning the bathroom once in the two days! Otherwise, I didn’t see the difference. Using the tea bags and sucker will cost you 9 cnt and the sugar 3 cnt when used. Room for thee: towels and glasses for two.

Location is close to historic district on busy street with easy access to metro system. There are several restaurant options within walking distance. We stayed in room 403 were bathroom sink faucet was loose and the shower stall leaked. Reported this to hotel staff but they did nothing to fix issue.

L'hotel è vicinissimo alla metro (fermata arrois) pulito, comodo per raggiungere il centro di Lisbona e anche l'aeroporto. La nostra camera era un pò piccola ma tutto sommato comoda. Il check out è alle ore 12.00 e ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dato che il nostro aereo partiva alle 17.50.

My Charm Lisbon Suites is 3 minutes walk from Arrios metro station. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Had room at the back of the hotel. Decoration was modern and relaxing. Bed was huge, king size or queen size. Communication from hotel before stay was excellent, polite and helpful.

Pela primeira vez o alojamento não correspondeu ás espectativas. Fiz questão de pedir aos dois rececionistas que tivessem isso em consideração e alertassem quem de direito. O My charm Lisbon suites tem tudo para continuar a ser um alojamento de eleição MAS.... é necessário não descurar na qualidade (limpeza e manutenção das comodidades). Ficarei muito em breve aqui e espero que este tenha sido um acidente de percurso.

Ár-érték arányban megfelelő. Tisztaság volt. Az erkély és ablak beugrói voltak penészesek, ennek a szagát is lehetett érezni. Az ágynemű foltos volt, de tiszta. Ha ez a két dolog nincs, csak jót tudnék írni. A recepció rész makulátlan, vannak asztalok, nespresso automata, mikró, rágcsálnivaló és üdítő. Közért, reggeliző helyek pár percre. Metro is pár perc. A környék csendesebb, a metrot lehet hallani. Nagyon kicsi a szoba, ha pótágy van bent, a szekrényt nem lehet kinyitni.

Minha experiência foi incrível a começar do atendimento na recepção pela Bruna que foi muito atenciosa e nos explicou tudo com muita paciência. Cute Hotel
I wasn't expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised. Very nice little boutique guesthouse. The room and bathroom was bright, clean and pretty spacious. It's about a 30 min walk (downhill) to the Hard Rock Cafe. The Cafe is a meeting point for most tours. I always took an Uber back. Would stay there again. Also felt safe at the hotel.

Great guest house in lisbon, lots of restaurants close by and the metro is very handy. The room was ok and the staff were very friendly and helpful and explained everything well. The only negative for me was it was quite noisy in our room with noise coming from adjacent rooms on the same floor and particularly bad from the room above which sounded like furniture being dragged on the floor until after midnight which disturbed my sleep. Looking back i should of complained to the reception but it was late and i had my son in the room who was already asleep. We stayed in room 101 but there were rooms on the 3rd floor which may be better. We could also hear water draining noises from the bathroom, maybe we just got unlucky with room 101. I don't think I would stay again, sorry.

Atendimento muito bom, mas a explicação na entrada do prédio é meio confusa, pois pressupõe que você já tenha senha do quarto. O quarto é limpo, funcional, porém meio apertado, principalmente o banheiro.

Staff are very nice and helpful. A lots of securities. Very safe. Very convenient to access to any attraction. Close to old city.
