Gorgeous villa, a luxury home away from home

This villa has clearly been designed with your comfort in mind. The sun shines on the pool and loungers all day, while a gentle sea breeze keeps things perfectly balanced. The hammocks are perfectly sheltered from the breeze—ideal for a peaceful read or afternoon nap. Paying a little extra to heat the pool was well worth it—it took the edge off the chill and made it perfect for long, relaxing swims or pool play. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love the fresh local produce available at nearby shops (a short drive away). The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need. And if cooking’s not on the cards, there are plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Be sure to visit the local bakery—the bread is fresh and the tarts are unforgettable.The beach is just a short walk down a hilly, stony path where you can watch the sun set over the Atlantic. There are also great walking trails and cycling routes nearby if you’re feeling adventurous.We’ll definitely be back. Our kids had a brilliant time, and a huge thank you to Tania for being such a kind and responsive host.

Incredible stay!

Tania's place is absolutely gorgeous! It is clean, comfortable and just a wonderful spot with great views. Tania was so helpful - especially when we needed her urgently - THANK YOU Tania! She was present for check in which was a such a nice touch. Would love to come back with our 2 daughters again - they especially loved the pool!

This is a Host Check-in Process!! She walks you through the whole house and requires a $300 cash deposit. Not my favorite part. I Personally have 5 large homes I’ve never done this with. BUT the house is lovely and she is very nice. Also, Very Strict on checkout time.

Einfach gut!

Die Beschreibung auf der Web-Site ist zutreffend: Einfachheit und Luxus. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, es ist jedoch alles da,was man braucht. Luxus ist die Sauberkeit, die sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, Luxus ist es einen Pool und Sicht auf den Atlantik zu haben und vor allem die Lage: abseits der Menschenmassen und doch nahe den Hotspots wie Ericeira, Mafra oder Sintra.Ganz einfach: empfehlenswert.

The villa was a home from home. Had everything we needed to cook a meal most days of our stay. Provided toiletries in bathrooms too. Only downside was the cold pool. But in the summer I’m sure it would be perfect. Would highly recommend the villa and owners Thank you for having us

Time away in paradise

This stay was made very pleasant due to all the wonderful amenities this home offers to you! From you few basics is the kitchen to beach towels & toys. It truly is just about a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. The only draw back for us was the lack of communication on having to be met by the property manager to check in to fill out paperwork and give cash deposit with copy of passport. This was a draw back only cause it has never been done before in all the vacation homes rented before ….. nothing. But Tania was very pleasant and extremely excited for our staying experience in Portugal. Tania had lots of suggestions on places to visit and eat. We went during the end of Sept 2023 and temps were 86 degrees every day. We loved our stay and would stay again. The only thing we felt we needed we a fan for the upstairs room to help bring in the night cool air. We will be back America 2023

Amazing Property

From start to finish Tania and this property exceeded our expectations. From meeting us at the house for a tour and explanations, local guide book, we’ll appointed kitchen and wet bar to checking in on us, recommending some local music and more, Tania is top notch. The house was perfect for our family of 5 (one more would have even fit comfortably) and it had everything we could hope- pool, view, location- all top notch! The town and local beach were both walkable or quick drives away and we spent a lot of time in local Ericiera- a quick 15 minute drive away. I would absolutely stay at this property again and recommend it. (Only note is that there are not bikes at the property for use).

Wonderful villa

Very well equipped and beautifull villa. At only 12 min walk from the beach, everybody was able to go when ever he wished. The swimming pool was also perfect for a lazy day. Nira was very helpful with good restaurant recommandations.

Perfect villa for our stay in the area

Einfach perfekt. Super freundliche Vermieterin. Alles super sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, für alles andere nimmt man kostengünstig ein Uber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wonderful vacation at Nira House

We felt very comfortable in the Nira House. Tania and Goncalo were super nice and always ready to support us. There was really nothing missing.
