The best place I have ever stayed. I came here for some Golden Visa procedures, during COVID time it is really headache as I have to find clinic and print tones of stuff. Nevertheless, the staff here is very helpful and nice that they helped me a lot in printing stuff, calling clinic, morning call, luggage handling... etc. Even the intern, Sara, did a very good job. The service really exceeds my expectation and I would definitely stay here again when I get back to Lisbon.

飯店地點離Restauradores地鐵跟Rossio火車站非常近，附近離另一個地鐵站Baixa-chiado也很近非常方便，飯店旁邊就是里斯本市中心的大廣場Rossioej廣場，廣場對面就是Rossio火車站， 所以飯店離火車站也很近，工作人員非常親切，笑容很好，房間整體乾淨舒適， 很推薦。

Very close to metro and city centre
The hotel is in the heart of the city with everything in walking distance! There are restaurants, souvenir shops, money exchange around the hotel! Would definitely go back and stay when we visit Lisbon again!

I stayed in a room with three beds, very spacious and clean. The television moved around so each bed could watch. The location was close to public transit and attractions. Did not like how the door to the bathroom would almost touch the sink when you open the door, making it hard for me (with a pregnant belly) to close the door when I wanted to use the bathroom. You do need government identification of EVERYONE staying in the room (not only who made the reservation). If you stay in the fifth floor, only one elevator takes you there, this made it hard for us to call an elevator on the first floor (when we went for breakfast) since the other elevator would show up before the one we needed to take up. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Central location is awesome. Pretty garden and breakfast space for enjoyable mornings. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but comfortable bed and reasonably quiet.

Great location, clean, nice staff & luggage storage. Having 3 separate beds in the room was what sold to me. The only complaint we had was not enough electrical sockets.

Excellent location, great staff. Only downside would be if you're a light sleeper... it's in a great, but busy, location which means the noise can be a bit much if you're going to bed early. I was on the floor just above the street, so may have just been me! Windows kept things pretty soundproofed. Location really can't be beat - right near Rossio station (for taking the train to Sintra) and easy for Uber dropoffs from the airport too.

Location, next to Resterados metro station Rossio train station. Easy to get to from airport and makes for easy day trip to Sintra. Clean rooms and lots of food options nearby.

Perfect central location
Location was great very central. The breakfast for good. Room was very clean and the service was great. I wasnt aware until i got there that te hotel is on a pedestrian street which was slightly confusing when we first drove into the area. Otherwise it was perfect location.

Amazing staff
We really like this hotel. We stayed there in 2017 and booked again for this year. I ended up tripping and falling on the street the first day. The staff at the hotel were so helpful, booking a near by hotel for him when they were full when we had to stay extra. They loaned us a wheelchair when I got out of the hospital. They couldn't have been better!

We both woke up itching. Took Benadryl. Allergic reaction? Moved to different hotel. Lost one night in payment. But, it was worth it. Really, the hotel is beautiful.

Great location and a comfortable atmosphere
Our stay was quite fine. Location is excellent as it is very close to the train and metro station and bus routes. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Attentive and extremely helpful staff (directions, ordering taxis, etc.). Room was very small but clean,comfortable, and extremely quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Stay great but some minor items needs attention.
Stay was great... just following require further attention which I informed the reception attendants multiple times, as follows: 1) Deadbolt in room do not work (x2 informed on Nov. 6 and 8 - date of departure 2) TV signal was weak which was opposite with prior stay in Room 502 (Nov. 3 to 6). Asked to have it check on Nov. 6, 7, and 8). 3) Ask for wake up call at 6 a.m. on departure date for Nov. 8. (asked on Nov. 7 morning and confirmed was in the book on Nov. 7 evening) ~ NO WAKE UP call.
