So before I say anything look at the price of the place and understand this is not a 5 star hotel, obviously, but it absolutely gets the job done! This spot is super close to everything and is clean. Staff was 10/10 very much welcoming and hilarious!! This place is great if you’re looking for a place to sleep rinse and repeat! Also fantastic place to see sunset as it has a rooftop!!

The hotel wasn't what I was expecting. The pictures are no a reality of what it actually looks. The kitchen and bathroom look dirty and found some dust. It is not worth what we pay for our stay there. The staff at the front desk were amazing tho. Really helpful and nice.

Lovely time!

It was a great location close to the Rato metro station. Easy to get check in and staff were lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay as it was a first for us to stay in a hostel type facility. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were well maintained and easy to use.

Facilities is old but clean. No air-conditioning

The facilities is very basic. Furniture are old but clean. No air-conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, which is workable at night time. Still very hot in day time.

Very uncomfortable beds. Grumpy desk clerk evenings of April 13, 14 and at checkout. The April 15 guy was a pleasure to deal with. Why not put a key for the rooftop lounge on each floor?

We showed up 2 hours before check-in time to make sure we find the right property because it was not obvious, the young guy at the front desk didn’t even let us ask questions he said check in at 2:30. I told them we want just to make sure it’s the right property he checked our booking and said come back in 2:30. When we were back at 14:25 he didn’t say a word just waited that’s exactly 2:30 then grabbed the keys!

It was more like a hostel than a hotel. Shared kitchen. Shared ladies bathroom had 2 showers 1 toilet per floor. It was clean bedding wss nice and lots of towels and quiet inside. Its located on a busy road so theres a lot of street noise plus our last night the Portuguese futbal championship took place so there were parties and yelling in the streets till very late Id recommemd s few upgrades. Get rid of the old wardrobes get better mattress. I also appreciated that there were able to accept our reservation within an hour of our arrival. That was very much appreciates Obligada.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

This is a really creepy property. The furniture looks like it comes from garage sales. The shared bathroom has absolutely no privacy because the stall doors are opaque glass. You can’t lock the bathroom door, so anyone could walk in on you in the middle of your shower. The cleaning products they use snell like vomit. You can see through the keyhole of the door from the hallway into your room. Having a shared balcony means the person in the room next to your could get into your room if you left the window open.
