Positioned between Bodmin Moor and Cornwall’s delightful southern coast, this exceptional holiday home invites families and friends to make lasting memories and enjoy some well-deserved rest and relaxation. Nestled in a quiet, undisturbed hamlet, the property is located approximately 1 mile from the village of Menheniot and 4.5 miles from the larger town of Liskeard. The latter serves as a superb base for exploring Cornwall’s countryside – a walker’s gateway to both the moors and the coast, with scenic routes stretching out in every direction from its centre. Set out on foot to visit the spectacular Golitha Falls (9 miles) or the impressive Carnglaze Caverns (10 miles), both situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Closer to home, younger visitors – and the young at heart – will love Adrenalin Quarry, just 1.5 miles away, where you can don a wetsuit in the Aquapark or experience the thrill of a giant swing or zip line. The nearest beach is just 7 miles away in the much-loved coastal town of Looe. The two-storey property is elegantly modern, featuring contemporary fixtures and sophisticated design elements. Enter the spacious living area to find cosy seating, a wood burner for snuggling up in front of, and a Smart TV with all your favourite shows and films. This generously proportioned space allows the whole family to spread out and relax in style. Moving through to the next room, you’ll find an equally expansive kitchen/diner, complete with a large breakfast island at its centre and everything you need to unwind, raise a glass, and enjoy a memorable meal. A standout feature is the glass floor, which offers a unique glimpse into the cellar beneath. A utility room with a WC on this level adds further convenience. Upstairs, you’ll discover four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which boast en-suite facilities, along with a marble-clad family bathroom featuring a free-standing bath. The largest bedroom, a super-king-size, includes its own wonderful balcony and a private en-suite. A separate annexe houses a final bedroom with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as either a twin or super-king-size, as well as its own en-suite and a games room with both pool and table tennis. Equally as impressive as the interior, the outdoor space includes a large, wrap-around lawn and patio, fully enclosed and thoughtfully furnished for al fresco living. Multiple seating options, including sun loungers, are provided, along with a hot tub for soaking, a gas BBQ, and an outdoor kitchen and bar to truly elevate the experience. Private parking for five cars completes this outstanding holiday offering.
