“Clean. Freindly staff. Great for the price”

“Everything was as expect. Clean rooms, quiet rooms, excellent service. Breakfast was low on food items and it was 7:00 am.”

“I have stayed at this property numerous time while commuting between Georgia and Texas. In the past I have given it 5 stars, however this time there was a problem. The problem probably would have caused me to give any other hotel a bad grade. However, because I have stayed here before and know this is not typical, and management did the right thing by comping the room for the night, I am only bumping them down to 4 stars. This is a very good property and I am planning on staying again.”

“We accidentally made a reservation from Meridian, Mississippi, instead of Meridian, Idaho. When you realize this called your hotel and they associate there was happy to cancel and refund our payment. However, he also told us to email Expedia in order for them to call him and verify the situation. We did this and have not heard back yet from Expedia in any way shape or form they did send us an order about a hotel in St. George, Utah, which we stayed at months ago, but nothing about this one. If……

“Good”

“We arrived super late as we were traveling from Texas. There was no parking left due to work trucks with trailers taking up 2-3 spaces. The elevator took forever to close and go up or down, often times the door would not close properly. Our key wasn’t working so we went to the front desk (2 times) and finally he came up to see for himself. It didn’t work, his master key didn’t work. He knocked on the door and a dude comes out! Someone was in our room- error by earlier staff and room……

“William the front desk clerk were so nice and helpful. The room was not clean, but when I called William, he sent someone to sweep the floor. Air condition is not cool enough and you cannot make an adjustment at all. Overall my stayed is good since it's pretty closed to where my event in Temple Theater.”
