“I'll admit the check-in was long. I feel they needed one more person working at the lobby desk but once we were up to check-in Will was great. He patient, thorough and pleasant. Any staff member we came across were kind and accommodating. Once we got to our room, I always clean my room and the room was quite clean. “Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again.”

“We were there for a girls week. So we weren't in the room a lot but it was very dated and musty smelling. the furniture was very stained and dirty so we just kept it covered with the sheets that they did supply. They wanted us to get our own towels from the office and take our used ones back to the office. The pictures were nothing like the room.
