「You know, one bad apple can ruin a good bunch. There was an overnight person working named Rodney, he was TERRIBLE! He allowed people who were not staying at the hotel to party in the pool 2 of the nights, the pool was DISGUSTING, cloudy and had a film. He gave all of the towels away and left us to use hand towels to dry off the next morning. When confronted he was rude, demeaning, inconsiderate, insulting and disrespectful.
Tha manager was so very nice when we chatted with her about him. But...

「The staff could not assist me with my booking issue and I was given the managers number to assist with my refund. I provided him the requested information to process the refund and he mentioned that he would have his upper management team follow up the next business day to process the refund, however there was no follow up. I reached back out to the manager on multiple occasions but he would reply back with a generic message every time asking for details of the incident and he will reach back...
