“We had a great stay at Point Cottage. It was a perfect haven for my husband and me and our dogs. It’s in an adorable and quiet neighborhood less than a mile walk north of downtown, so quite convenient. The large fenced in backyard was clutch. The house is cozy and true to New England style. Our host Kathy was super accommodating and responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again!”

“We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. Low ceilings upstairs add charm but may be an issue for some. None of us are tall so we weren’t bothered. Lovely view from the deck/backyard and from the two queen rooms upstairs. “What a wonderful stay we had at the Heart of Jamestown! From the moment we arrived, we were graciously greeted by our friendly host Connie, who provided so much helpful guidance and suggestions about the house and surrounding area. And the accommodations were amazing! Clean and spacious, with a lovely coastal vibe - and we were unexpectedly upgraded to the apartment, which was such a nice gesture! "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
