“This is an AWESOME apartment. I have my own VRBO rental. There is NO DETAIL OVERLOOKED by this host. Walking distance to amazing Hoboken, NJ, and THE PATH. FREE PARKING a block away. I told the friend I was traveling with “I gave up a view for free parking.” The host made us SO HAPPY we did, INSANELY responsive. Detailed instructions for check in and the garage. Everything went as instructed. A well-thought-out space with amenities in every corner. Meaning - Heaters in baths and bedrooms in……

“We loved our stay at Byron‘s place. It’s right around the corner from a coffee shop and a couple of really good breakfast places. It’s an easy walk to Journal Square to take the path to New York City. Byron gave clear directions on how to enter the property, and the place was spotless and clutter free. I would definitely stay here again, thanks Byron!!”

We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. “We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.”

“The property was better than the pictures. So clean, very welcoming. The wi-fi worked well, neds were comfortable. Easy in and out. I was the only one whom had difficulty with the stairs. So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. We were able to park the vehicle which is AWESOME!! I was able to Doordash needed items. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Simply……

“The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River.……

“The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all basic amenities from kitchenware to toiletries. It has a very cabin-y feel and definitely made every one in the group feel at home. We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert.”

“Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options.”

“Overall had a nice stay at this apartment. Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available.”

We would stay here again… and honestly the place design was better than listed. However there can be improvement in cleanliness and few hardware features of the place.”

“Offering a fantastic view of the New York skyline from New Jersey, the easy bus links allowed us to see the city, augmented with the occasional Lyft and Uber. The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. The stairs only access to the property was not ideal but really not a great problem, seeing how New York involves a lot of walking anyway. In the area, id really recommend a trip to the massive American Dream Mall which has a built in theme park and……

“Overall we had a good experience with our stay. The house was clean and well furnished. The owner was very friends and was quick to offer help and dinner suggestions(Brooklyn Pizza was great by the way). I do have a few small gripes. Would have liked to have more towels/wash cloths and a baking sheet or 2 so the over could be used. Also would have like to be able to control the thermostat. Overall a great experience and would stay again if I were in the area.”

“Need to add a few things.... night stands, dresser with drawers for clothes, big mirror to see entire body before going out, need to replace ceiling fans make noise, not a bad place to stay, these are just my suggestions to make this place for future guest..”
