A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time. Very rude. Only during our departure that we met Ms. Shavin during our checkout. She was nice. Besides that, breakfast is a little poor considering...

「The property is fairly new so it’s very clean and everything works. The hotel was sold out so the staff was very busy and apparently they don’t have enough towels when they are sold out. Our room was cleaned on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay and there weren’t any towels when we returned that evening. We called down and they said we were on the list. 「The pool skimmer was not working and there was a lot of stuff floating in it which i brought to their attention. We watched the bartender one night who did not rinse the stuff properly between making drinks. The hotel was very accomodating for our 2 dogs and there were lots of great areas to walk around. 」
