「The restaurant server was very sweet at breakfast」

「The rooms in the resort were "OK" but the resort itself is old and somewhat outdated. There are many cracks in the walkways and the rooms/buildings are aged. The rooms are good size but the amenities are old. I was not able to get a good night sleep in our bed because the mattress was warped and old. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The TV set was old and also needs to be replaced. The voice on the TV was distorted and I was not able to hear the TV very well. The price of the...

「Some equipment is old」

「If accommodation is all you need...then this is the place for you. Except for the security personnel on the beach, no one else acknowledges you unless you ask.」

「Farm to table authentic Jamaican Cuisine and Authenticly Jamaican hospitality. Elegant without being pretentious. Decadent without being」

「Friendly staff at hotel. Really enjoyed the beautiful view delicious fresh fish and friendly staff that were happy we were there. I got garden view room but would preferred oceanview which were not available. Garden room quiet and nice gardens.」

「Wasn’t please with the stay, the yard has a funny smell, also the fan wasn’t blowing any breeze couldn’t stay there had to leave the same day. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Waste of time」

「Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.」

「All was good but nothing outstanding.」

「The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.」

「The overall garden views were nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. I did not like that. They had 2 large pet dogs roaming free on the property. Everyone is not comfortable with the dogs and though they seemed friendly and not bother anyone, I didn’t like that I did that they just walked around and followed you around or just free to come near us. The day of the wedding, the power, the AC alternator going in and out, and the water even went out for a while when the power went out the shower...

「This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding」

「no water pressure」

「I always have the best time staying here. The staff is great and helpful. The place is clean and safe. Can’t wait to come back.」

「I would not stay here again. The pictures look much nicer than the resort. There are not two restaurants open on the resort, there is one and you are only allowed to eat between the hours of 8am-10am for breakfast, 12pm-2pm for lunch, and 7pm-9pm for dinner. The bar is open 10am-10pm. The cocktail menu was good but they don't even offer water/soda with the all inclusive package. If you do not get the all inclusive package intend to spend $8-$10 per drink that has the equivalent of about 30 mL of...

「The cove was wonderful」

「The balcony rail was rotted and fell over while I was there. The room literally smelled like sewage. It was a horrible. Do not stay here.」

「Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.」
