“We booked Seascape Studio Beach Retreat for a quick weekend getaway leading into our 31st anniversary, and it was exactly what we needed.We didn’t want to travel abroad this year — just somewhere peaceful, with salt air, within a couple of hours from home. James’s place absolutely delivered.The studio has a wonderful ambiance — comfortable, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. It felt like a true retreat the moment we walked in. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet quiet enough……

“The condo was as described. Everything was clean and in order. Very nice. The shower in the master was amazing! And I appreciate having bed linens and towels supplied! It makes such a difference when traveling not to have extra worry of making up beds when you get there. The property is lovely. The only thing I would recommend is a Keurig coffee maker for those that enjoy a single cup coffee maker. I missed not having this since I am the only one in my family who drinks coffee. ”

“The property is in great condition. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One small issue: there is no dishwasher or dish rack so we had to wipe all plates dry with paper towel before departure. I would also suggest that the owner reduce the number of emails and text messages sent to guests. A lot of the ones I received were duplicates and a bit annoying.”

“I guess it was not quite clear entry and what we expected. The condo was clean and a good location. Hot tub is not located near the room. Also the motorcycles were so loud could not sleep. I also suggest a rubber bottom rug in the bathroom so you don't slip and fall. We still had a nice stay. Just confusing entry. We left at 6am and did not know how to let anyone know we left.”
