“Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts.”

“It didn’t look anything like the pictures it was ran down. They only have the front building repainted looking okay. You couldn’t walk around in the room without shoes. There was no hot water so we didn’t get to shower. There was a lot of damage to the walls doors and floors. One spot they put up a random piece of plywood and screwed it to the wall to cover up a hole in the drywall. There was also a big roach dead in the floor when we woke up. The bed and furniture were wore out and had stains……

“The hotel was moldy and had mildew. Was not clean at all. We complained about the original room they gave of because of the rotten smell and got an attitude from the front desk. They did change our room to a slightly better room but it was still nasty ”

“Very clean room, very easy to contact staff that were very helpful. Enjoyed the stay, very close to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.”

“We did not like a thing about this hotel. The TV and internet did not work the whole time we were there. I got charged for a room with two beds for 3 people and got a room with only one bed. They would not return our deposit said the room was trashed when we left said they had pictures but refused to send us pictures. this hotel should not be open at all you couldn't swim in the pool cause it was so nasty. there was blood on our bathroom wall where it had not been clean. I would definitely not……

“Water did not work at all in our room. Went to front desk to change rooms, nobody was there and called the front desk, no one answered. Location was not very safe and did not have any sort of noise ordinance.”

“Upon arrival there was a slew of shady undesirables hanging around. Alot of loud noises and music coming from other rooms. The elevator was covered in urine and i spent about 10 minutes trying to get the key to work with the door. Once inside the entire place reeked of mildew and mold. Half of the lights wouldn’t turn on. I immediately left and went to another hotel where i felt safe and clean. DO NOT take your family here under any circumstance.”
