Terrible customer service!
Our party of 7 had booked 2 rooms when we arrived at this virtual check-in hotel, but didn't receive a code to get in the rooms. I called a few times and texted but no one answered. After nearly an hour of this, with no response, I reached out to Expedia (another long ordeal on chat) and was told the hotel was waiting for me to reach out to them!
So someone answered that time and told me I didn't get a code because I needed to pay a security deposit. By this time I was pretty frustrated and doubtful I would even get a security deposit back since so one ever answers the phone! I asked for a management contact, but the representative was rude and dismissive, refusing to cancel our reservation or providing information other than the phone number. I tried cancel with Expedia to no avail since the hotel was going to keep the security deposit. Long story short, it took over 2.5 hours to get the code!
When we finally got into the rooms, we found: No toilet paper in one bathroom, pizza crust on the back window sill, hair on the toilet seat, crumbs in the pull-out sofa, lamps that didn't turn on over the beds, and a busted shower. The next day, I texted at 8:20 am and called 6 times about a late check-out. I didn't get a text until 10:03 am. Not available. Check out was a 10.
Do yourself a favor: DO NOT COME HERE. It’s unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money!
