Spacious, stylish home with fenced yard!

Conveniently located in the midtown area of Little Rock and with attention to both design and comfort, this home is ready to host you and your family. We welcome house-trained pets (with a $35 pet deposit) to the home and fully fenced in backyard.

The home accommodates up to six guests in its 3 bed/2bath space and offers an open floorpan and an extra living area so you'll have plenty of room to relax.

Please note that the backyard is accessed by a flight of stairs off the dining room deck.

We are just ten minutes away should you need us for anything.

Located just off the interstate, but in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard bumps up to a stream.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the home. Please do not smoke near any entrances.

Out of consideration for our neighbors, we ask that you refrain from loud noises between 9:30pm - 7:00am.

Please be sure to clean up after your dog in the yard space.

We will not return because of the very strong mildew odor when entering the home. The bedrooms were not as bad but certainly unhealthy. The kitchen was missing essential cooking tools like colander and grater. It’s an ok place but the smell is unbearable.

The very best thing for us about this property was that it had a fully fenced yard for our dogs. Most properties that allow pets don’t actually have a place where they can go. The house was well appointed and it was in a very convenient location to everywhere we wanted to go.
