“The accommodations were just what we needed during this time to gather with family for funeral services for the matriarch of our family with no additional worries. e experienced air conditioning issues. Tod was readily available -by phone- to help us repair the problem, because no AC on Sapelo is extremely uncomfortable. We would recommend this property to future visitors.”

“We had a weekend party that used Emma's Hatcher House -- maybe 50 yards from Dogtrot -- as the main venue but had 3 couples sleep in Dogtrot Cottage. Very comfortable, clean and well-appointed accommodations with a layout that allowed for any desired combination of mingling or privacy. A bit further from the marsh than Hatcher so the views aren't as immediate but still very close to all the amenities (marsh, docks, pool, game pavilion) available at Emma's.”
