“I pulled into the property for just overnight. The staff was helpful the beds and rooms were clean and the shower water was hot the whole way through. The breakfast was pretty good as well.”

“This wasn't my favourite budget hotel. There was a funky smell in our room when we first went in. (We didn't ask to change rooms, as we were tired and didn't want the hassle. I am sure they would have accommodated our needs. So I cannot really complain now, because I didn't ask to have the problem rectified at the time). Luckily, the window opened, but it was on the ground floor, so we weren't comfortable sleeping with the window open; it would have been nice to air out the room. The bed……

“The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. Restaurant and bars closed around 9 while we were there. For the money I would stay elsewhere next time. “Third” bed was ridiculous as a bunk bed. It……

“Ac unit was not working and when the unit would start its cool cycle it sounded like a semi jake brake. Was told the rooms were all full so couldn’t switch to a different room. 80 degrees and humid all night no sleep.”

“I called to let them know I would be coming in at 9pm and was told that was fine. When I arrived, there was no staff at the desk so I waited. After 15 minutes I called their number. The person on the other line said give them one minute. It took them over 10 minutes to show up. They proceeded to say some woman called them and canceled my room on my behalf. After a conversation, she said there’s a room available she just needs to change the linens it’ll only be 5 minutes. It ended up being FORTY……

“The facility needs to be updated. Bedsheets were ripped off. Spiders in the room. Unsure about whether the room was cleaned before our stay. Location was very convenient.”
