“The cottage was just as shown. Extremely clean, cozy & within walking distance of Village of Black Mountain. We didn’t cook, but kitchen appeared to be well equipped for simple meal prep. We would definitely stay again. Check in & communication was easy.”

“The location was great, size was perfect, everything I could expect and more. The view was amazing. Bed slept well for my back issues. Had plenty of hot water when needed. Parking was at the front door so didn’t have to haul luggage very far. Neighbor was very friendly and informative about the area. Realtor answered all questions prior to arrival. I would definitely stay here again and have suggested this to others who may want to vacation in the Crossnore area.”

“We had a wonderful time at Cabin in the clouds. The view is spectacular and can be enjoyed from inside (through the wall of windows) and outside on the porch. Its just a 15 minute drive to pretty much anywhere in Black Mountain/Montreat. Once we figured out all the road names, it was easy to get up and down the mountain. The place was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed watching movies on the blu-ray player, thank you! We will definitely return!”

“Myself, my fiancée, and another couple stayed here for the weekend, and it was the perfect place for us. We were having a skiing weekend, and this home was a good distance from the ski resorts to avoid traffic, but close enough to get to them quickly. The primary bedroom was large with an en-suite and the other bedrooms had more than enough room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast. The sun room was gorgeous and had a nice tv setup with very comfortable……
