“Hotel and staff FANTASTIC!!
But it is impossible to speak to a real person with hotels.com. I booked a wrong date in error so tried to get this changed. First of all i had to get past the chat bots then chat to a person (maybe) and was told the offline team would contact the hotel to change it. I was told then in an email I couldn’t have a refund but I never asked for one. I chatted to the bots again and was told the same re the offline team then I had an email to say the team couldn’t……
