“Great location and Mark and Richard were very welcoming . Mark gave us lots of suggestions of where to eat and places to visit near by. Room very comfortable, great that parking was free across the road in the car park as we were guests. A nice touch. If we come to Littlehampton again would stay here again.”

“Great location. Inflexible menu on the day so had to eat elsewhere no accommodation La were made for us. Clean room But many hairs in the bedding inbetween mattress protector or bottom sheet. Attention to detail would be worthwhile and signs on other guests doors to ask them to be mind full not letting doors slam in the morning would be helpful.”

“Different kind of stay- think upmarket Airbnb but as a hotel. No staff on site- (although there was when we checked in as the house keeper and the owner appeared to be doing some maintenance). “I stayed on a business trip. The hotel was perfect. It was very comfortable and all of the staff I met were really great. The evening meal was delicious, as was the freshly made full fried breakfast. So much better in every way to the Premier Inns that I normally stay in for work. And….its on the beach so the best end to my long drive was having a beer looking at the sea. I don’t know if I’m going to be back down that way again, but if I am will definitely stay at this hotel.”
