“Breakfast was amazing. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The one downside I did have was literally I didn’t have an ensuite bathroom. I had to use a communal down the hall shower room and toilet other than that I can’t fault the place this is Jason the Chef”

“The room was clean but had a number of issues :
Although there was a coffee machine , a radio , and a fan there were no bedside lights. The main light switch by the door was the only control meaning finding your way around in the dark.
The notice on the wall of upcoming events was a month out of date
There were nasty glass mugs rather than a proper mug or cup
The snack basket for occupants to purchase was vastly over priced
There were birds nesting in the roof over the room which were noisy……

“Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom.
Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together).
Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.”
