It’s time for you to explore the beautiful city. The city is famous for its fotball club Liverpool FC, and now is your chance to explore it with the perfect mix of luxury, comfort and convenience in this brand new, sexy apartment, just four-minutes away from the heart of Liverpool or 600 meter away from the new state of the art Hill Dickinson Stadium (NEW Everton Stadium)

Apartment is a penthouse, located on the 7th floor which gives you the magnificent view of Liverpool skyline.

The place

You will love this place it’s spacious and colourful - beautifully designed open-plan living area with vibrant furnishing, and a dining area to enjoy meals alone or with family, and your night could be had in the Juliette balcony where you see the entire Liverpool.

Relax and charge your batteries both bedroom have king sized beds.

Both of the bathrooms are huge. One of them have a bath tub with a big mirror were you can get ready. The second bathroom has a standing shower, so you can decide which one you like to shower in.

It's a fully equipped kitchen with whatever you can think of. It have luxury equipment from bread toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven, so you can prepare both gourmet meal or just a regular meal, or you can order food delivery since this location is prime city center most of the deliveries gets delivered in no time.

This apartment is in a prime city center location. You can easily take a walk to the city, the waterfront, or if you are coming for a match, concert - it’s all on a walking distance and you don’t have to deal with the hassle of finding a parking as there is simply shortage of parking in the Liverpool city center.

Restaurants and bars - top notch restaurants are footsteps away. Take a stroll and you will find city’s hidden gem who offer world class cousin for everyone.

Liverpool ONE and luxury shops like Patek Philippe or Tag Heuer is just few minutes away.

Beautiful brand new flat. Lovely bathrooms and comfy beds. A bit out of town but really easy to catch taxi and uber. Great host. We enjoyed our stay.
