Welcome to my apartment!
This one-bedroom apartment in Liverpool is the perfect choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is on the third floor and equipped with an elevator, making it easy to access the apartment without any hassle.
This apartment offers an open space plan with a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop, an oven, and a microwave. It is integrated into the living room, which features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, clothes dryer, dryer rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There is a Nespresso coffee maker so you can start the day off right at the push of a button.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
There is a baby cot and high chair for those travelling with a child.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
