Located in the heart of the nightlife quarter, this apartment is perfect for those desiring a dynamic, action-packed trip in a central location! Situated on Liverpool's iconic Slater St. home to some of Liverpool's finest bars and restaurants, the location of this property is outstanding for those desiring to explore the City's vibrant scene!
**With two bars just over the road, the location is certainly not a quiet one, but perfect for those looking for a lively stay.**
The Space:
This modern 7 bedroom apartment is ideal for those looking to explore the city and enjoy the nightlife! Spread over two levels (ground floor and lower ground) and with a spacious lounge, kitchen and kitchenette, and 3 bathrooms you have tonnes of space!
With 7 bedrooms, each with two single beds and then a further double sofa bed in the lounge, the space can host up to 16 guests making jus the great and ideal base for larger groups looking to celebrate here in Liverpool!
Please note that the apartment boasts exposed beams in keeping with its heritage, this does mean that some areas of the ceiling are lower than others and may not be ideal (in the lower areas of the apartment; lounge, kitchen/diner & two bedrooms) for those who are very tall!
Guest Access:
Guests have full exclusive access to all areas of the apartment and shared access to the communal entrance of the building, hallway and communal stairwell with other residents of the building.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located just off Concert Square, one of the main nightlife districts, close to the historic Jacaranda venue where the Beatles first played even before gaining their fame! How exciting?
The flat is just around the corner from Bold Street, well known as one of the most extravagant Streets in Liverpool, which a big variety of different cuisines from all over the world and also has several Off licences and Tesco for all your essentials.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from one of the city's main attractions such sh the Bombed Out Church and not far at all from the Liverpool Cathedral, 4th Largest church in the world!
Also, 4 minutes away from Liverpool One, and roughly a 15 minute walk to the beautiful and iconic waterfront!
You have Shipping Forecast just over the road who do a great Sunday roast, The Merchant gin bar two minutes away and Pedro's bar & late-night pizzeria too!
Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance in Liverpool city centre. If needed you are a short walk to Paradise St bus/coach station, 10 minutes walk from Lime St train station and 5 minutes from Central train station.
Other Things to Note:
We host stag and hen parties in this apartment.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests total privacy however we are available via Airbnb, the phone or at our office if needed.
