The apartment was nice. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable. Great for two people, but not for four. The mattress covers on the couch mattresses had stains. The hotel is in a very nice location.

Fantastic location - close to the Albert Docks and also Liverpool 1. Studio room was perfect for the 2 of us and it was lovely to have a kitchenette. Place was spotless and staff were extremely helpful.

Bed was comfortable, but it was hard to access one side of the bed. There was very little space to walk. The bathroom sink was so small. It was hard to wash your face without getting water all over the floor.
