「Room was beautiful ,spotless and well equipped. Very big comfortable bed . Excellent location.Easy safe parking. Fuss free check in and check out . Delicious breakfast , all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lively comfortable bar area . Can’t fault it at all we have already rebooked for May and can’t wait to return to lovely Holmfirth and the wonderful Elephant & Castle . 」

「Clean room, plenty of easy on site parking, lovely efficient friendly lady on the reception. Do not pay for your parking on hotel.com, as I did, as I had to pay again at the venue. The receptionist explained that hotel.com do not have the facility to pay the private parking company, and I had to request a refund (from hotel.com). The receptionist advised me to always pay for the parking at the actual hotel.」

「Clean and tidy rooms, very spacious with great pillows and a very comfortable bed. The large smart TV was an added welcome bonus. Our rom location meant we could hear loud noise coming from outside the building, but you could hardly hear it if the windows were shut. Staff seemed friendly and were able to accommodate our early check in. 8/10」

「Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.」
