Was comfortable we slept good place was clean and the breakfast was awesome! The clerk with gorgeous curly hair was efficient checking us in. The breakfast was good

Sticky floors - drive on
Floors were sticky. Bed was old and lumpy. Sheets did not smell clean. Went to the car and grabbed blankets. Left at 0900 and there was no breakfast. Pancake batter empty, eggs and sausage empty, etc. highly disappointing stay for a Comfort Inn. I’ve stayed at many of these hotels and this one has the standards of a cheap Motel 6.

Room smelt like a smoke shop. Shower drain was clogged. Asked for another room and was told they didn’t have one. Was advised by night staff that they gave the last room to a couple that originally had our room after they complained of the room smelling like a smoke shop they gave them the last room available. Kinda disappointing for the amount of money spent and to have a room smell like that. Specially when ya have to sign a form saying not to smoke in the rooms.

The Front Desk Receptionist Precious was absolutely wonderful, she was very friendly and attentive. We were in town for an ATV event a we were told we had to park our trucks & trailers off the property on the grass in a unsecured area! And the sheets were dirty the receptionist had house keeping to come change the bedding on both beds. I will never give this place my business again.

I did not even end up staying at this property! I went to the hotel and checked in and left right away. I felt very uncomfortable with the clientele that was hanging around outside and the lobby was dirty and there was no way that my daughter and I were staying at a place that was unsafe. I would actually like to speak with someone regarding a refund!

there was no housekeeping service, you have to go to the front desk and ask to have the room clean . when we check in the room, the bed sheet was not clean the bathroom was stink, the room have a very bad odor. we check out one day early

Good hotel for the area (as far as the property, nothing outstanding), but the staff is AMAZING. Everyone we came in contact with was super kind, helpful, and friendly. There's nothing wrong with the property.. an average hotel. But the staff makes it wonderful.

Property is very old and have not updated room. Curtains and bottoms of beds and well as beds need to be thrown out. Had to lysol room down, had a bad smell. Checked in around 7pm and was out around 4:30am, couldn’t stay in there any longer. Went ahead and got back on the road.

Pleasantly Surprised!
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything actually was. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight on our way to New Orleans. The $20 pet fee was worth it. We would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I arrived at 10pm and I was greeted by the woman at the front desk. She was very kind to me. However, there was a ton of noise all around the hotel. People running up and down halls, the smell of weed everywhere you turn, and the vending machines could have been a little better. I had a room with two beds and when I tried to uncover one to sleep, there were hairs and crumbs and all sorts of things all over the bed. It was like someone had laid there and they chose not to fully take off the sheets and make it look nice instead. In the bathroom there was water in the tub like someone had previously taken a shower/bath and it wasn’t cleaned out. And their leftover soap was left on the side. I called in the morning and requested the late checkout and they were still knocking on my door later and trying to enter. Overall it was very noisy and not clean. But the staff was very nice.
