“Gloria's is great. There was a few things that didn't work or took a little to get to be functional, but don't let that overshadow the care and energy that goes into the property, the service, the food and the overall vibe. Gloria is stellar, I had a solid breakfast on my porch in pretty superb weather. It is a little bit of a walk to town but I felt safe and had a great time!”

“Beautiful hotel right in the river with exceptional staff. Rooms could use an update but the beds and linens very comfortable and nice quality. Difficult to get anywhere from the hotel as it’s not walkable. ”

“This is a great hotel. While older, it is extremely clean and maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful (especially Merriam). I appreciated having access to the large grocery store across the street and the nearby restaurants. Highly recommend.”

“一人旅で利用。ビクトリアの滝へ一番近く、無料で入園できるので選びました。滝へは3回も行き、滝の飛沫でびしょびしょになってもホテルに帰ってシャワーや着替えもできてとても便利でした。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、お出迎えや日本語で『こんにちは』と言ってくれたのも嬉しかったです。朝食のビュッフェも豪華で美味しかった！敷地内にはインパラやシマウマ、サルもいて、キリンにも出会えました。中庭での夜のコンサートも良いムードでした。ルナレインボーの見られる日にまた泊まってみたいです。 ホテルによる空港の送迎が現地の相場に比べるとだいぶ割高な印象なのと、ホテルとは関係ないとは思いますが、滝への裏口を出ると観光客狙いで色々とツアーやガイドの勧誘に声をかけてくる人たちがいるので注意です。”
