“The hostel itself is great and I really like it. Is very well located, has great vibe and very helpful staff. There is a kitchen, bar/restaurant, swimming pool, lots of sitting space available, very clean and well maintained bathroom and toilets and lots of power sockets available. The internet is decent. Really lots of very positive things about the hostel. There is one negative thing though. We stayed in a private room. The room itself is pretty bad and needs urgent renovation. The mattress……

“Awesomes staff, courtyard, pool and restaurant. Lost a point because of the noisy bar nearby, very dated rooms and noisy roof (figs falling on metal roof at night kept waking me up).”

“It was nice to stay in an environment I can call a second home! The grounds were clean, the room was perfect. All was clean. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at a very nice property like this one. It is close to all the amenities, restaurants, etc. The prices are also excellent. Gloria has a nice team and manages the property well. ”

“Too noise, especially in Saturday and Sunday nights,because of the night club. Some rooms have many mosquitos. Some of the staffs not helpful. My friend hurt his head by using the gangway inside the hotel due to the lack of safety cause by the hotel.”

“It has been 9 years since my first stay here and it never disappoints. My favorite place to stay in Zambia. Its clean, quiet and includes a made to order breakfast. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Kennedy is wonderful!”

“This property isnt as advertised unfortunately we couldnt even spend a night here after checking in we had to check out almost immediately and they refused to refund us our money despite not spending even one night at this property. All 6 days lost no refund. They inconvenienced us and we will never book them again neither can we advise anyone to do so. This is day light robbery ”

“Generally run down and simple lodge. The room was huge but just missing simple things (hangers for the cupboard for instance) or a kettle for drink. No fridge like in pictures No hot water for the shower, wifi was poor (until we moved it to the room) Breakfast was poor”

“このホテルは素晴らしいです！ 事前に予約をして、料金を払っているにもかかわらず、予約が取れていないと言われました。 系列ホテルがあるので、そっちを確認しろと言われ、わざわざ歩いて行きましたが、予約はないとのこと。結局最初に行ったホテルにて予約が取れていることが確認できました。 2時間も時間を無駄にさせられました。 掲載されている写真が誤っているので、注意が必要です。 室内について。 ゴキブリが数匹います。まるでサファリですね。 水についても注意が必要です。 突然水道が使えなくなり、清潔かわからないバケツにくまれた水を使用するように言われます。もちろんシャワーは浴びれません。 元々バケツが室内にあるので、水が止まることは頻繁なのだと考えられます。 ホテルの詳細には一切告知されていませんが。 予約の管理、掲載している写真、清潔感、水道トラブルなど、問題点が多すぎます。 絶対に再度宿泊することはないし、他の方も利用をお勧めしません。”

“I booked a Family Apartment with 2 rooms with 2 beds. They gave me two separate apartments with 2 beds. I declined the second apartment because we were traveling with children. When I asked them if it would be the same price they said yes. When I asked them why I didn't get the room I booked, it was available, they said Expedia made a mistake. When I told them to give me the second room the offered at the beginning if they weren't going to give me the room I booked or a refund they said they……

“Wir haben nicht im Stone Guesthouse übernachtet. Bei der Ankunft fand ich es etwas schmuddelig. Im ganzen Hause gibt es kein Netz (kein Wilan). Madame hat mir sogar noch Geld verlangt für den Taxianruf, trotzdem ich ja die eine Nacht bereits bezahlt hatte. ”
