Le personnel est d’une très grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à vous aider. Les chambres sont équipées de moustiquaires et même de produits pour les moustiques (pour le corps et la chambre) ”

“Too noise, especially in Saturday and Sunday nights,because of the night club. Some rooms have many mosquitos. Some of the staffs not helpful. My friend hurt his head by using the gangway inside the hotel due to the lack of safety cause by the hotel.”

“このホテルは素晴らしいです！ 事前に予約をして、料金を払っているにもかかわらず、予約が取れていないと言われました。 系列ホテルがあるので、そっちを確認しろと言われ、わざわざ歩いて行きましたが、予約はないとのこと。結局最初に行ったホテルにて予約が取れていることが確認できました。 2時間も時間を無駄にさせられました。 掲載されている写真が誤っているので、注意が必要です。 室内について。 ゴキブリが数匹います。まるでサファリですね。 水についても注意が必要です。 突然水道が使えなくなり、清潔かわからないバケツにくまれた水を使用するように言われます。もちろんシャワーは浴びれません。 元々バケツが室内にあるので、水が止まることは頻繁なのだと考えられます。 ホテルの詳細には一切告知されていませんが。 予約の管理、掲載している写真、清潔感、水道トラブルなど、問題点が多すぎます。 絶対に再度宿泊することはないし、他の方も利用をお勧めしません。”

“While the room was clean but if you want a place infested with ants and cockroaches and no water, unhelpful staff - this is the place! We were met with an infestation of ants. And not a couple. Millions and millions of ants. The staff blatantly refused to give us a new room stating they had treated the room but the ants returned. There were several cockroaches roaming around the room. They continuously turned off the water and had to call them to turn it on to use the shower and toilet. There……

“First of all, as of today (2019-11-24), the location given by Expedia and Google Maps for this property is that of a private housing complex, not that of the lodge! Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges). There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia. Also, I was told that the Sinazeze location is actually half an hour drive out of Livingstone instead of downtown as indicated by……
