“Room upgrade was a pleasant suprise however ruined by noisy inconsiderate guests in the surrounding rooms. Waiting staff watched me arrive in good time for a dinner order then deliberately ignored me on instruction from the chef whilst I sat in plain view of them all. When I eventually caught their attention, the chef told them to tell me the kitchen closes at 8pm.”

A cortesia do hotel é zero, com exceção do recepcionista do primeiro dia. Pedi para imprimir 2 folhas do visto e me negaram. Só que o pior estava por vir, algo inimaginável. Um senhor do hotel foi até o parque me cobrar, de forma rude e ríspida, por um serviço já pago. Nunca me senti tão humilhada e constrangida. Vou adotar todas as……
