"I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds and scenery are. The staff were all incredibly polite and our room was spacious. The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. The rest of our experience was so good that I'd still recommend it without hesitation. Just maybe pack extra repellant!"

"The property was breathtaking, the animals were so fun to be around and Monica and Giovanni were the most exceptional hosts. You must have her cook for you, every item of food is from her farm or nearby farms and the food was perfect! We really enjoyed our time here with not only the accommodations but the company. You can truly see how much Monica cares for her beautiful animals. We hope to come again someday!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay near Bagni di Lucca, a lovely area we'd not visited before. The property was perfect for our group, wonderfully clean with all we needed, and lots of space to spread out. The pool had the most spectacular location and was perfect for lazy afternoons (and mornings, and evenings!) A particular highlight was a meal prepared by Adriana, which was delicious on the night - and kept us fed for several more! I can't recommend the property highly enough!"

"Beautiful Villa in a majestic location with all the amenities you could possibly require to make your stay a pleasant one. The whole family enjoyed the pool, table tennis table and BBQ provided. The mountain views are spectacular and the 3 levels gave everyone a chance to find their own space when needed. Only drawback was the 4 klms of narrow winding road to get to the Villa from the main road but we would definitely return."

"Pure tranquility with the constant burble of the trout stream. The house is quite someway up a mountain, down a dirt track and in a valley - not for the faint hearted. Pool relies on sun to heat and the temperature was still quite fresh in June. Great location for access to Florence, Pisa, Chianti wine region, and host of beautiful hilltop towns and villages.
