A qualche chilometro dal centro storico, comodissimo per i mezzi (il 6 e l’11 che portano in centro in 10 minuti) la fermata è a 20 metri dall’albergo, camera di dimensioni generose, TV con più di 300 canali di cui 3 italiani. La colazione è a buffet e il personale è giovane e dinamico. L’ho scelto per il parcheggio gratuito e colazione inclusa ed è conveniente rispetto a un 2 stelle più centrale

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 would stay again. - Amendments to the booking were easily applied and late checkout was free of charge. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, one of the greatest I´ve met during my travels. Whole staff spoke very good English and despite me and my travel companion being bit odd couple, we were treated with respect and discretion. - Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. - Room was tidy and spacious. Only minus I give to cleanliness is that there appeared to be mold in the shower space grout between the tiles. Also in the shower it smelled bit strange, but not too bad. Room was cleaned daily and cleaning itself was top notch.Shower just needs a really good scrubbing.

Toch maar niet meer

10min met taxi (5euro) naar centrum, dat is prima. 4 persoonskamer zeer groot, aparte slaapkamer. Ontbijt sober en druk. Je kan zwembadcomplex van een camping 1.5km verder) gratis gebruiken. Gratis parkeren ook in orde. Veel lawaai van drukke straat. Heel wat schimmel in badkamer, dit kan voor ons niet. Als ze dat al niet wegdoen, wat dan met de rest qua hygiene?

Unser Zimmer war bereits vor dem offiziellen Check-In fertig, sodass wir früher einziehen könnten. Offenbar gab es ein kostenloses Upgrade, sodass wir ein Superior-DZ ergatterten, obwohl wir nur Classic gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war riesig, zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet, sauber und modern. Der Service des Personals an der Rezeption ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde uns ein Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert und wir könnten 2x die Fahrräder vorm Hotel nutzen, um ins City Center zu fahren (ca. 20 Min.) Das Erlebnisbad welches mitbenutzt werden darf, war auch einen Besuch wert. Wir würden wiederkommen :)

Excellent service

Nice comfortable room. But the best thing about this place is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. My friend misplaced his glasses and asked reception to call him if they found them. My friend got a call later that day to say they hadn’t found them. In the end we found my friends glasses in the car but we were very impressed nonetheless.

Quiet and comfortable

Great place to stay,room,staff,friendliness and helpful staff.we loved it.you do need a car for sightseeing but a 45 minute walk takes you into the town centre.

Very friendly and capable staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Fast WiFi. Room was on a split level which was unusual. Surroundings not very insipiring but if you need a good, solid, well run and econmic hotel, this fits the bill.

To be a 4 Star hotel I really expected something else. The most annoying thing was, everyday, nevertheless with a Do Not Disturb signal on, the cleaning ladies were talking loud in the corridor disturbing the required quiet of clients.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff

We stayed at Birokrat for 6 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us recommendations on what to explore in Slovenia. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay there again.
