「Great place」

「Welcoming, professional and friendly team. Dealt with an electrical issue in my room quickly and without fuss whilst I enjoyed a complimentary drink in the cosy bar. Excellent food. 10 minute walk to the beautiful lake. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.」

「AVOID AWFUL HOTEL.」

「Beautiful area」

「I travelled with my 2 year old daughter. The bedding was absolutely filthy. Hairs, stains of unknown bodily fluids, some looked very much like blood. I’m not entirely sure they had actually been changed after the last occupants of the room left as it didn’t smell great. The bedding was changed after I asked. Breakfast next morning was really good and plentiful. My wife bought a pair of alpacca socks ( you need to stay there to understand fully, there are 3 of them in the back ) Claire is a fantastic host who took really good care of us」

「房間很舊， 都算整潔」

She also took our breakfast order on the phone. The next morning, all was well, but we saw no one at checkout, which was odd. There is no reception, no entry desk, and there was no one around. We found out later that we had to pay upon arrival (thought Expedia payment had been made), so we had to pay over the phone. Again, not a...
