1) I booked flat 3 of the so called welsh cosy apartments for 10 day's with my family including 2 small kids. The owner knew that there will be small kids coz I asked him to provide me a baby cot. From the day we arrived the lady downstairs who's in charge of managing and cleaning the place, (I think her name is Rachel) every time my kids were making the slightest noise, she came running up yelling at me in front of my kids rudely and aggressively, after all they are only small kids which like to run around.... ‎There was no access to a garden where to play and it was in the morning or midday (when noise is allowed) she embarrassed me and spoiled my holiday.. 2)During my stay she gave me a very un-welcoming feeling and didn't even greet me although I tried to be nice and greet her. 3)My wife asked for a cleaner and she refused to clean it even once during our stay. My wife than asked for a broom to clean up she told my wife “Go knock on the door of the next door flat and borrow one" which my wife felt uncomfortable to do. Though there was a hoover and mop. 4)Before we left, we cleaned over 3hrs but only managed to clean 80-90% so we called the owner to thank him and to apologize for not leaving the flat spotless as we would have liked too and he kindly said that it is no problem at all as the cleaner will be coming anyway. To top it all off when we arrived back home my wife was shocked to get a nasty text from the cleaner and here is a copy of the text “that was a so cheeky to ask for more time to leave the flat to clean it when you didn't even clean it. I have never ever seen such a pig sty in my life. A farm with pigs in it is tidier than you left it. Makes me wonder how you live!!!” I think these words speak for themselves. After receiving this text my wife was in tears... in addition I called to the owner Pierrie to explain my side of the story and all I requested from him is to please apologise to my wife for sending such a horrible message but all he did was shouting very horribly and then bashed the phone down!!! I know the cleaner or the owner will not reply honestly as they did to me over the phone... I wanted to leave my email to enable you to contact me but Sorry VRBO does not allow me to, I can only wish you good luck if you do book this for your holiday.

Very clean and spacious apartment with lots of room for four adults and two children, very well equipped with everything we needed provided. In a great location very quiet and close to pier, beach, tram/cable car to go up the Great Orme, main high street shops just a few minutes walk. Great place to stay for a holiday.

Pierre’s place was perfect for a trip to the Llandudno area! It was clean and had everything we needed. We walked to some great food establishments as well as the beach. It has a nice patio out front for an afternoon tea. Thank you Pierre!
