No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. "Well located within 10 minutes walk from the station towards the city and then ten minutes walk to the centre of the city . Located next to the canal in a quiet location, albeit some rooms are next to main road but not an issue sound wise . Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is self serve with wide selection of food and drink to choose from . Service was slick which allowed a good turnover of tables so not much of a wait to sit down with pre-arranged times for your entry . Only downside mattress was not the most comfortable at which others had commented when I was using the pool facilities so not just a personable opinion . Overall with breakfast included a good value hotel for a tourist city"
