「Easy access 」

「Overall a great property and all of the staff members were very helpful. The only reason I took a start away is because every time my room was cleaned, they never replaced the wash cloth. I had to keep asking for new ones everyday. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The drink service at our room door was a very pleasant surprise. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and there was never a time I didn't feel unsafe. I would stay here again in the future. 」

「La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, cerca a todo. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto. El desayuno muy básico y todos los días lo mismo, toca ir a tomarlo a otro edificio, subir escaleras, no es apto para una persona discapacitada. La limpieza en la habitación es muy regular, medio pasan un trapero y ya. Tienen aspectos para mejorar. 」

「El Cielo Hotel greeted us exceptionally. The details and staff courtesy was superb.」

「I enjoyed the pool. The hot sauna worked. There was no hot water. The whirlpool next to the pool was cold. Other than that, the staff were spectacular and helping bringing taxis. Also arranging prices so we don’t get ripped off. There was one lady staff, though, that was exceptional. She went out of her way to make my stay pleasant. 」
