Fantastic villa/finca with a huge, unique pool area and a fantastic view over the wooded mountains to the town below and the sea. The finca is located approx. 120 m above sea level on a 5,000 sqm fenced plot in the middle of a nature reserve. This is called Masies and belongs to Lloret de Mar. A masia is a traditional rural estate in northern Spain. If you want to escape the heat, hustle and bustle and noise of the city, this property is just right for you. An electric gate leads to a 150 m long driveway to the parking spaces directly in front of the house. This is characterized by its very high-quality furnishings. You will stay in 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + large outdoor shower and large fully equipped kitchen. Another highlight is the approx. 75 sqm living/dining area with a spectacular 200-degree view of the sea, mountains, and the huge pool area with a newly designed palm garden. The large chlorine-free pool features modern saltwater technology with only 5 percent salt content, making it very gentle on the skin and eyes and meeting the highest health standards. The pool
is 12 m x 11 m in L-shape and offers various areas for swimming, relaxing, and playing, or simply for lingering at the pool bar in the water. Behind it is a large outdoor shower, a urinal, and a sink. You have access to a large covered barbecue area connected to the walk-in pool bar. Feel at home in natural surroundings, with complete privacy and tranquility within sight of the city and the sea. The finca has oil central heating and can be used all year round.
Activities around the property: Hiking, mountain biking, jogging, or walking and enjoying nature.
By car, you can reach the lively beach of Lloret or the quiet beach of Fenals in 11 minutes (9 km). In about 5 to 6 minutes by car (5 km), you can reach many supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, or Esclat.
The center of Barcelona is only 85 km away.
The legendary old town of Girona (film location for Game of Thrones) is only 35 km away. The picturesque coastal town of Tossa with its castle and many historic streets (film location for several Hollywood movies) is only 19 km away on the beautiful coastal road to the east. Along the coastal road towards Saint Feliu, you will find many secluded bathing bays.

Wat een prachtig huis! Lekker ruim, mooie grote tuin met prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad. Her en der wat kleine dingen verouderd, maar alles ruim voldoende aanwezig. Wij hebben ons perfect vermaakt met 2 gezinnen waaronder 3 tieners.We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen door Uschi en zij was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Zwembad werd 2 keer per week onderhouden door een vriendelijke jongen die zicht netjes op de achtergrond houdt.Het was top!

The pool, garden, outdoor kitchen and the view are lovely. We had some great meals sitting outside by the pool. Communication was difficult and I don't believe the English listing was accurate. I know that I searched for properties with AC and a pool, as we were traveling with my 80 year old family member. But the listing does not say AC. This property does not have air conditioning, and gets very hot. The shutters are unsecured so they bang back and forth in any wind. In spite of Uschi's assurances, there are indeed plenty of mosquitoes if you leave the windows open. If you don't mind that, it's a lovely house. It could do with a deep cleaning, lots of spider webs. It also apparently listed the need to bring your own towels on the German listing, but not on the English. I have never had to bring my own linens to any VRBO ever, and with small luggage weight limits flying from overseas, I would not have booked here had I known. If you want to watch TV, you must bring your own DVDs. The listing mentions cable/satellite, but is not accurate. If you want music, you must bring CDs or cassettes. It felt a bit like camping but in a house abandoned in the 80s.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaften Pool. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 4 Teenagern dort und haben eine tolle Woche verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Uschi ist super herzlich und sehr bemüht, dass alles reibungslos läuft und man seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Die Lage ist ruhig mit schöner Aussicht, trotzdem ist man schnell an unterschiedlichen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Unterkunft. Sie liegt super war allerdings anfangs schwer zu finden. Man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und bei der Unterkunft gibt es alles was man braucht. Einfach Toll!!

Unser Aufenthalt in Ushi's traumhafter Villa war einfach sensationell! Die Villa liegt in einer atemberaubenden Lage mit einem herrlichen Blick über Lloret de Mar und das endlose Meer – ein wahres Paradies auf Erden. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen. Ushi ist die mit Abstand netteste, großzügigste, lustigste und angenehmste Gastgeberin, die wir je erlebt haben. Der Kontakt war immer freundlich und unkompliziert, und sie hat wirklich alle unsere Wünsche vollstens erfüllt. Trotz unserer großen Gruppe von 12 Personen war der Aufenthalt unglaublich entspannt. Die Villa bietet mit ihrem riesigen Areal von 5000m² genügend Rückzugsorte für jeden, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der große Salzpool war ein absolutes Highlight – sehr angenehm auf der Haut und trotz unserer Anzahl nie überfüllt. Wir haben jede Minute in dieser wundervollen Villa genossen und können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Ushi, vielen Dank für alles! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. :)

Wir hatten unser Aufenthalt hier super genossen!

Wir wurden von Uschi herzlich empfangen! Sie ist eine ganz nette, freundliche und tolle Frau! Die Anlage war traumhaft schön! Die Aussicht, das Wohnzimmer mit den großen Fenstern und der große Pool sowie der große Grillplatz!! Es gab genügend Schattenplätze in der Anlage. Das einzige was besser sein könnte das sind die Betten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in Lloret!!

Nous avons louez la maison, nous étions 3 couples avec enfants. Une propriétaire agréable, mais barrière de langues très compliquée, madame comprenez et parlez uniquement l’Allemand. Maison agréable, grande, calme, mais très mal entretenu.. électricité à re faire je pense, premier soir aucune lumière extérieure, nous avons fait notre soirée et grillades à la lampe torche du téléphone portable, les lumières du salon une fois allumer impossible de les éteindre, les lumières de la lumière pareil , elles sont rester allumée toute notre semaine jour et nuit. Interrupteur de la salle de bain du bas dans la douche (très dangereux , à éviter pour les enfants) Et également 2 frigos qui ne fonctionner pas, du moins très très mal, plein de givre au fond et ils rafraîchissais rien du tout. Donc 2 frigos HS dans pas longtemps. Pièce de vie très lumineuse, par contre aucun volet ni rideaux ni climatisation, donc chaleur extrême dans la maison du aux très grosses baies vitrées du salon. Bain à remous signaler sur l’annonce mais nous en avons pas vu. Nous avons malgré tout passer une très bonne semaine entre amis.. mais voilà l’entretien et l’équipement de la maison est vraiment à revoir pour les futurs locataires.

Nous étions 10 . Enfants, parents et grands-parents. Nous avons été reçus par Victor qui parle français, allemand et espagnol. Uschi , la propriétaire était là aussi et Victor traduisait. Très sympathiques tous les deux Nous avons respecté à la lettre les paiements demandés sur place. La caution nous a été restituée dans son intégralité la veille de notre départ. Victor s'est montré disponible et efficace en venant déboucher un syphon et changer une bouilloire défectueuse. Le cadre est idyllique. Belle villa fonctionnelle, belle piscine propre. En allumant tous les éclairages le soir c'était conforme à la première photo de l'annonce. Nous avons utilisé tous les jours le grand barbecue et profité un max de la piscine. Aucun souci avec l'eau chaude. Les couchages sont bons. Nous avons visité Barcelone avec le parc de Guell, la maison de Gaudi (musée) la basilique Segrada Familia, superbe et les ramblas. Barcelone est une ville propre comme son métro (surprenant). Nous avons parcouru les rues et la plage de Lloret de Mar ainsi que celles de Tossa de Mar.. Notre séjour dans cette villa a été paradisiaque. Anecdote : des vêtements ont été stockés dans un sac poubelle et de retour en France nous nous sommes aperçus que ce sac avait été jeté avec les autres dans des conteneurs non loin de la villa. Nous avons contacté Victor. Le sac a été retrouvé par Uschi et Moussa le jardinier et va nous être expédié. Des personnes aimables et bienveillantes. Merci à eux pour tout.

Traumhafte Auszeit

Wir haben hier eine super schöne Auszeit erlebt. Die Anlage hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist eines der Highlights und auch das super große Wohnzimmer mit dieser herrlichen Aussicht und der große Fernseher . Die Gartenanlage ist ein Traum und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Und diese Ruhe , wir waren begeistert. Alles war super sauber. Vor allem gilt der der Dank an die Gastgeberin Uschi, sie hat sich um alles gekümmert und war super freundlich. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Très bon séjour

Très bel endroit, tout y est pour passer un bon moment. Propriétaire charmante (dommage grosse barriere de la langue car elle ne parle que l'allemand mais on.a su se comprendre 😁) Propriété au calme (sauf aboiements des chiens la nuit..... et sangliers qui demolissent le terrain) Attention pas de terrain (a part le petit bout avec palmiers.....) petite déception pour les enfants jouer .... 5000 m2 mais pas accessibles.... 2 salles de bain mais avec wc à l'intérieur donc à 11 on se bouscule un peu qd cest pris .... Un beau dortoir a l'étage les enfants ont adoré dormir tous ensemble 😍 Sinon tout est ok.

Villa lumineuse et spacieuse

Séjour d'une semaine à 2 familles début novembre. Nous étions 9, je conseille de ne pas être plus nombreux. Car 2 salles d'eau avec les toilettes, un peu juste. Un chauffe-eau seulement de 150L ... La chaudière éteinte ayant parfois 17 degrés dans la piece de vie, nous avons eu froid surtout la nuit avec les mini-couettes fine. Évidemment la piscine était froide, cela on s'en doutais. Important, à votre arrivée, prévoir en espèce 240 euros pour les lits faits à moitié et le ménage partiel (obligé de passer l'aspirateur dans toutes les pièces pour enlever les toiles et leurs araignées 🕷 ). Serviettes non fournies obligés d'en acheter. Malheureusement, la barrière de la langue nous a dissuadé toutes réclamations... le but étant de se détendre. Sinon, superbe vue, au calme et bonne literie.

The property has an amazing view over the valley, Lloret de Mar and the sea. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed several BBQ's outside and, even in October, were able to swim in the pool. A special thanks to the owner, Uschi, because of her warm welcome, great help and hospitality.

Das Haus ist toll, auch der Pool und alle anderen Begebenheiten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene und drei Teenies dort. Es liegt sehr abgelegen, sodass unsere Jungs nachts noch in den Pool springen konnten und Musik hörten bis morgens früh. Uschi war stets bemüht alles mögliche für uns zu tun. Leider hatten wir einen Tag Starkregen sodass der ganze Berg keinen Strom hatte. Das war sehr abenteuerlich. Der Aussengrill ist auch mega! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Eine Klimaanlage im Haus wäre nicht schlecht,der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Pool Toll und Super gepflegt,wird ständig kontrolliert,Wasserqualität und so,sehr lobenswert.Besonders lobenswert ist die gute Seele der Anlage Uschi kümmert sich sofort wenn was zu beheben oder zu klären ist.

We spent a great week in this property. From grand parents to grand kids, everybody enjoyed the nice swimming pool, the aquatic bar, the nice surroundings (from lovely walks on the coast to aquatic park), and the very friendly welcoming from Uschi and all. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone willing to spend relaxing holiday far from the crowd, but close to a lot of activities.
