“Von Aussen sehr unauffällig aber im Haus sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Trotz Ballermann am Strand und entsprechenden Partyurlaubern,Unterkunft sehr ruhig mit einer kleinen Oase. “Absolutely beautiful villa. So clean and spacious. Each room has its own Galway and en-suite so plenty of privacy if sharing with friends or family. Main bedroom is upstairs which leads off of a lovely stairway. Villa has everything we needed and more. The outdoor space and pool area is beautiful too. Elena is a brilliant host. “Der Garten und die Lage des Hauses ist super. Das Haus selbst ist an und für sich auch okay aber die Küche ist sehr Alt und schmuddelig. Das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden sollte explizit ausgezeichnet sein. Für uns gehört das zum absoluten Standard eines Ferienhauses. Tägliches Abwaschen mit der Hand gehört für uns nicht zum Urlaub. Die Betten sind sehr unterschiedlich - Im Mittleren Zimmer sind die Matratzen durchgelegen und schmuddelig. Im mittleren Zimmer riecht es feucht bis schimmlig,……

“We really enjoyed our stay, despite the freak storm that hit whilst we were there! The owners made us feel very welcome and came to our aid immediately after the storm to clear debris from the pool and garden area. The house is perfectly located for exploring the island in any direction. The views across the flat lands were beautiful and the nearby town of Sineu is incredibly charming and the people very welcoming. The weekly Wednesday market is an absolute must. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Sóller ist für uns immer eine Reise wert. Allerdings war es dieses Mal unerwartet kalt und somit in der Wohnung etwas klamm. Das untere Badezimmer ist leider ohne Lüftung.”

“The appartement is absolutely super. Lovely terras, all around app. Very clean, enough toewels plus kitchen equipement. Surroundings, main street, lots of shops and restaurants. Boulevard and beach 50m away. Its in the low rise building area. Hardly no big hotels in the area, which I very much appreciatie. I will definately come back”

“The house was located beautifully close to the ocean with a beautiful outdoor kitchen. The only downside was that it was not possible for us to drive the path to the house since our car was rather big. Therefore we had to carry our luggage to the house. The house is equipped with all necessary appliances. The communication with miguel was very easy and he was very helpful. Dont forget your mosquito repellent.”

“Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche bietet alles nicht nur fürs Frühstück, sondern auch zum kochen für 6 Personen. Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr saubere Bäder mit bodenebener Dusche. Der Pool ist perfekt! Vom Haus kann man in 10 min nach Alaró laufen, es gibt dort mehrere Bäcker, einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt und einige Restaurants und Bars. Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin Frau Voss war sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und……

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, feinen Haus in Génova sehr genossen - alles in bestem Zustand, ein großartiger Blick über die Bucht von Palma jeden Morgen zu genießen, das war schon 'premium'!! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Ein bisschen 'nervig' war der Lärm, der von der Baustelle oberhalb des Hauses kam. Aber, das ist wohl derzeit ein Problem auf (fast) ganz Mallorca...”
