「Underwhelmed. Booked here as one if the more expensive properties in the area. The room was generally fine. Was disappointed to have no carpet, cold hard floors, and absolutely no room for stretching. Was a very tight room for one person, no way would a family fit. No counter space to spread your stuff out, including no where to set anything on the bathroom. No bathroom amenities- would have been nice to have wipes, lotion, etc. rooms were cold and the flooring makes every noise next door and...

「It is an old, very worn property. The bed and pillows in our room were awful and uncomfortable! All we wanted was a good sleep. Never again」

「Thus motel is in the worse part of town down by the railroad temrack .empty lot across the street .honekesd people hang out there people shoot up drugs . Begging and comming up to cars asking for money very scary for seniors .ir if a lady alone . They were also looking into windows. Of the cars parked there. Very very dangerous and disgusting.shouldn’t even be on Expedia. On line looks nice but very deceiving」

「Well run hotel !」

「If you like hotels that have kind, helpful staff, this is NOT the place for you. Check-in time at 3 PM was delayed until 5:15 PM, and not all of the rooms were ready then, either. Staff was not apologetic, and mishandled the situation. No people skills. Property in a rougher area, rooms not super clean. There was apparently a mouse found in the lobby of the hotel. Will never stay again.」

「This was a pleasant surprise! We have stayed in quite a few hotels recently for sports, and have been underwhelmed. At the Hampton by Hilton, right from the check-in, we were impressed! The breakfast started at 6am which was so appreciated! And there were some unique options (cheese omlette, and baked beans!). The beds were actually comfy, and room was very clean! Thx Hampton by Hton, we'll be back!」
