“We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind. Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. The only strange thing was the poolboy who protected the pooltowels with his life - you were not allowed to leave the pool area with them. “Great location and hospitality by Giuseppe. He recommended many places to see and eat within walking distance. The Lungomare promenade is very easy to walk to and breakfast at the bar next door was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean with nice towels and amenities. Very easy to access the building and room with a card. We would stay again in the future.”
