The open-plan living and dining area is equipped with a double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to an 8 m2 balcony with a west-facing and south-facing position, complete with balcony furniture. The 1 bedroom contains a double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The fully open kitchen is integrated into the living space and is well-appointed for self-catering stays.
