Make sure to read the hosts condo summary as it has really good tips on stores nearby, and where to grab sheets/blankets/pillows for the sofabed. We were in town for the Santa Sunday run. Super festive and what a great cause!」

「This campground is so cute, clean and perfect. Great views of the mountains, cute little river to get wet on hot days (very shallow though). I give the campground and area 5 stars. The camper was beautiful, equipped with pretty much all you need. My only complaint is the beds, and I dont like to complain, but man they are hard as rocks. Sleeping on them was very uncomfortable for the whole family, All of them. Definitely could use some matress upgrading or maybe plan to bring some kind of...

「Property is beautiful. Lots of great things. The entrance step needs to be fixed to be up to code (it needs a step put in as a person can fall due to height of step going in and out. Out of code.)and railings should be put in hallway entrance for safety. Some conveniences added. Coffee pot, blow dryer, pots and pans, extra blankets, iron and board, outside timer lights. We ran rental properties and understand what can help to rent places. Property is so pretty. Thank you for the stay!」

「A few friends and I rented the property to ski Sunday River and it was a great location! Geoffrey was helpful and walked us through everything once we arrived. The kitchen is definitely a bit small with not a lot of cooking supplies and the WiFi wasn’t set up, but besides that it was just what we needed.」

「This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.」

「We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place...
