“Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed.”

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. “We were in Austin with a few family members for our son’s UT graduation. This home was the perfect place to hang out between events. Awesome large backyard patio to hang out on with great views. Very serene and peaceful and quiet. The hostess Lisa was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in Austin. Thank you!”

“The accommodations are perfect for a large group. We had several people who ranged in age from 20’s to 70’s and everyone had a blast!! This was a milestone birthday celebration and there was plenty to do for all. The property manager was very friendly and quickly responded to any and all communications. We did have to bring a charcoal bbq grill for our cookout because the rental only has a propane flat-top griddle but this is mentioned in the rental details so it was no surprise. Also mentioned……

“Pretty cool place and quiet. I enjoyed how artistic the whole property was and everything in the room is “smart” and can be controlled by a iPad in the room. They have blackout blinds and a walk in shower which was great for me. One of the easiest checkouts I’ve had. Great price, but I would recommend this mostly for a couple or single person, the rooms are meant to house only two people at a time. The only downside is there is no parking designated for this hotel. You will need to find……
